Homemade Muffins

Today it was rainy and cloudy outside and I was craving something comforting to eat, so I made some yummy muffins to have with a cup of tea. 

Banana and crystallized ginger( that I made yesterday) and I used almond milk 
with a streusel on top. I used a larger muffin pan and they turned out delish!

I will be offering these and more muffin flavors at the Conway, Arkansas Farmers Market in May. 
I just love to bake, and my hubby, Ed, loves to taste test:)
