I canned 8 jelly jars of Mango/Strawberry jam on Thursday. This jamtastes so delicious and is such a beautiful color! Great on homemadebread, toast, or on a spoon:))

Beginning Our Raised Garden Beds

Ed and I spent part of our Saturday building and putting together our 4x8 foot cedar raised beds! One will be for veggies and one for herbs. We put down lots of layers of newspaper, black weed fabric, and next is gravel.

Then the soil and compost and "Red Worms" to help the soil. I can't wait to plant!
